كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ إِن تَرَكَ خَيْرًا الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ حَقًّا عَلَى الْمُتَّقِينَ

It is prescribed that when death approaches any of you, if they leave something of value, a will should be made in favour of parents and immediate family with fairness. This is an obligation on those who are mindful of Allah.

The rules of inheritance have been revealed in Surah Nisaa of the Glorious Quraan. As Muslims it is imperative that this Right of the deceased and their Heirs are administered in the most amicable and just way.
